To Imagmap or Not to Imagemap?

University of North Carolina Literature Exchange.
UNCLE is a collaborative Web database developed by the
University of North Carolina's Health Sciences Library & School of Medicine.
The banners appearing on this page are large gif files however,
the banners which appear on UNCLE
are dynamically created by a perl script
which selects images depending on where a user is within the site.
